By participating in our referral program, you can invite your friends to join our community and receive a $100 referral fee for each successful referral. This not only creates a more connected and vibrant hosting experience for everyone but also rewards you for helping us grow.
We appreciate your interest in recommending hosts for our Japanese student program. Please read the terms and conditions below.
Referral Eligibility
You must be a former host or confirmed to host for an upcoming program to participate in the referral program.
The person you refer (“Referee”) must be a new host who has not previously hosted a student with us.
Both yourself and the Referee must be a member of our Perth Hmestay Community Facebook group.
Referral Reward
Ask the Referee to mention your name when applying to be a host for an upcoming program and you will receive a referral reward of $100 if they host a Japanese student.
The referral reward will be paid to you after the referred host has completed the hosting program with our student, subject to our verification and confirmation process.
Program Completion
The referral reward is contingent upon the referred host completing the full hosting program as per our guidelines.
One-Time Referral
You will receive a referral reward only once for each new host you refer. Subsequent hosting instances by the same referee will not qualify for additional referral rewards.
Program Duration
This referral program is ongoing until further notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
Referral Process
To qualify for the referral reward, the referee must mention your name when submitting their expression of interest via our website.
Reward Payment
Payments for successful referrals will be made via bank transfer within two-weeks after the referee completes their hosting program.
Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the referral program if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our terms and conditions.
Participant Agreement
By participating in our referral program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
