With 52 Japanese school groups visiting throughout all four terms in 2024, ranging from 1 to 5 days, our flexible programs allow you to choose the duration that best fits your school schedule. We arrange all logistics, including homestays, and we provide a dedicated bilingual coordinator for every group visit. Gold Educational Tours makes every visit enriching and effortless, whether for a day or a week.

How long do Japanese students stay at our school?

The visits typically range from one to five days, with key visit periods during Term 1 (February – March), Term 3 (July – August), and Term 4 (October – December).

How will Gold Educational Tours support my school during these visits?

Gold Educational Tours provides an on-site bilingual coordinator to support students, on-site teachers, and staff during the entire visit. They manage all the planning and visit logistics, removing uncertainty, workload, and stress from the school.
