Chaperones & Others
Chaperones:
- Three GOLD staff to accompany the students inclusive of accommodation, transport and meals.

- Pre-departure information package for participants including travel documents and a detailed information booklet containing local and cultural information.
Note: The chaperones are responsible for facilitating the itinerary. They may choose to alter aspects of the itinerary (like sightseeing locations) during the trip and redistribute allocated funds as necessary.
What’s Not Included
The cost does not include:
- Travel insurance
- Personal spending money.
- Travel e-sim
Participants are required to arrange an e-sim for the entire duration of the tour. This allows Gold chaperones to maintain contact and locate participants at all times, ensuring everyone’s safety.
Participants should be supplied with personal spending money for items of expenditure not otherwise met by the tour cost. This money allows for purchase of lunch, snacks, drinks, and other unforeseen costs.

Leading up to the tour, participants will be invited to join two workshops which will be a great opportunity to get to know one another and work on their presentations.
National Olympics Memorial Youth Centre
Located in Shibuya City and walking distance from Tokyo’s parks and cafes. This accomodation features a restaurants, hot baths, air conditioning and non-smoking rooms.
Hakonenomori Okada
Nestled in the town of Hakone with beautiful views of the forests. This accomodation features restaurants, hot baths, games & manga rooms and a swimming pool.
3-night Homestay
During the tour, students will have the opportunity to experience everyday Japanese life through a homestay. Students will be hosted by local Japanese families in Tokyo.
Day Visit to Local School in Tokyo
Participants will have the opportunity to visit a local Japanese high school in Tokyo for an immersive educational day visit where they will participate in class activities and engage with Japanese students and peers.

Students will be accompanied by Mr. Tomio Yamazaki (Media & Marketing Director), Mrs. Maiko Pickens (Student Tour Coordinator), and Miss Phoebe Ee (Marketing Manager)
Participants are required to organise their own travel insurance.
Successful applicants must submit a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 AUD by June 30, 2024.
50% of the remaining balance ($2,425 AUD) is due by August 30, 2024.
The final payment of $2,425 AUD is due no later than October 30, 2024.
Students will be staying at National Olympics Memorial Youth Centre for 3 nights. Followed by a 3-night homestay with local Japanese families in Tokyo. The remaining 2 nights will be spent in Hakone at Hakonenomori Okada.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The referral program is open to all registered applicants of our tour.
Referral Period:
Referrals must be made between Monday, 17th June, and Friday, 21st June.
Referral Process:
Applicants must share the referral link with friends or family who are interested in registering for the tour.
Referral Registration:
The referred friend must use the referral link to register for the tour and input their applicant’s full name in the field.
The registration must be completed and fully paid by the referred friend.
Voucher Issuance:
Once the referred friend’s registration is confirmed and the non-refundable deposit is received, the original referring applicant will receive a $150 Anaconda voucher.
Vouchers will be sent via email within 14 business days after the referred friend’s payment is confirmed.
Limitations:
There is no limit to the number of friends an applicant can refer.
Each successful referral resulting in a full payment will entitle the referring applicant to one $150 Anaconda voucher.
The referral program is only valid for the specified referral period.
General Conditions:
The referred friend must be a new participant who has not previously registered for the tour.
If any fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral program is detected, the referring applicant may be disqualified from the program and any issued vouchers may be revoked.
Changes and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to the program will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Day 3
Head out for an awesome day trip to Yokohama! Befriend cute animals at Ani Touch Cafe, enjoy an interactive experience at the Cup Noodle Museum, and wander through Chinatown.
Day 4
Visit a local Tokyo school and join Japanese students in fun class activities. Dive into the school experience, make new international friends, and get ready to meet your awesome Japanese host family!
Day 5 & 6
Spend the weekend enjoying time with your homestay family and experiencing everyday Japanese culture.
Day 7
Say goodbye to your host family and head to Shibuya Sky for breathtaking views of the city.
Day 8
Embark on an exciting trip to the town of Hakone. Explore fun and interactive places including Soba & Yosegizaiku, Garaunomori Museum & Open Air Museum.
Day 9
Unwind and take in the stunning scenery and exciting activities in Hakone. Enjoy a boat ride to see one of Japan's most magnificent wonders, Mount Fuji.
Day 10
Return to Tokyo for an epic Amazing Race Around Tokyo! Complete interactive challenges and explore the city before flying back to Perth in the evening.
