Are you passionate about Japan and keen to help others connect with its incredible culture? We’re looking for someone eager to work in a dynamic bilingual team to help us create enriching cultural experiences for visiting Japanese students and Australian families.
About the role
The role is to use your understanding of Japanese culture to help ensure a deep and meaningful cross cultural exchange between Japanese students and the Aussie families who will be hosting them.
You’ll onboard families and use your strong organisational skills to help us plan and organise all aspects of the homestay experience.
You’ll provide support and assistance throughout the program to facilitate a seamless experience that enables a deep and meaningful connection between the student and host family.

What we’re looking for
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong admin, organisational and project management skills
- Ability to become proficient with new computer programs
- A demonstrated passion for Japanese culture and cross-cultural experiences
- Proficiency with social media and digital communication
- Current Australian driver’s licence
